Save time using Gmail Templates

1. Go to Inbox — Gmail

2. Click on Settings

3. Click on See all settings

4. Click on Advanced

5. Look for Templates

6. Enable Templates

7. Click on Save Changes

8. Click on Compose

9. Create a Subject

For example “My awesome template”, will be the template title.

10. Create your content in the body

11. Click on More options (three dots)

12. Click on Templates…

13. Click on Save draft as template…

14. Give your template a name

This is pre-populated as the subject in an earlier step (step 9)

15. Click on Save

16. Done ✅.

This will allow you to continue writing your email.
